Resources
This page is a work in progress, and will consist of a list of educational tools including books, instructional videos, conference summaries available for sharing and distribution to interested groups in Rhode Island. The second part of the list is a local skills database, that will facilitate the linking of skilled mentors with those serious about learning opportunities in a given area. Are you a Master Gardener? Herbalist? Glass blower? Metalworker? Weaver? Small engine mechanic? Mason? Timber framer? You get the idea. Like to share your skills in a formal apprentice program or workshop, or course of your own design? Are you interested in learning opportunities in a particular area? Please email us.
Media
This is a growing list of media resources available for short-term lending to small groups for limited screenings in Rhode Island. Whenever possible, we encourage purchasing these materials from the sources provided. That way, you own the tools, and can use them at will. Please support the producers of these programs, and respect their commitment, and their investments of time and money, by not duplicating audio and video without express permission.
